In 2016, I left my 20-year career in IT  to care for my father full-time.

IT WASN’T UNTIL HE PASSED THAT I REALIZED:
I’M NOT OKAY.

I was burnt out. After years of restriction, dieting, and over-exercising, I was still left with extra weight. I was exhausted. My hormonal imbalances were running the show and I was just in the audience.

Once I learned how to balance my hormones, I began to feel like a version of myself again. I created The Nourished To Thrive program to help burnt-out, stressed-out, over-cooked women like myself find themselves again.

    Yes! Both vegan and plant based meal plans are available.
  • I have allergies and intolerances, can you accommodate that?"
    Absolutely! All meal plans are customized and can accommodate any allergies or intolerances.
  • Will I need to purchase additional supplements
    Supplement recommendations are made as part of the program and each recommendation is based on ensuring that you are supporting your body in its healing process. I am always strategic and mindful of costs when recommending supplements.
