Fruit & nut butter - this one adds in plenty of nutrients and protein.
Avocado & toast. Top with your fave veggie and seeds for some added flavor nutrients.
Hard-boiled eggs with veggies & fruit offer up lots of protein and nutrients. Plan ahead and make a few hard-boiled eggs to have on hand for the week so you can quickly grab them when needed.
Veggies & hummus. Wash and cut up all your veggies for the week ahead for a quick grab-and-go snack. There are so many different flavor options for hummus available and it adds in some protein.
Fruit & yogurt. Packed with probiotics and vitamins.
Cucumber topped with cream cheese. This one is so simple and you can sprinkle on some hemp hearts for some added Omega 3.
Chia pudding with seeds & berries - Chia pudding can be made in batches ahead of time and stored in a jar in the fridge. All you need to do is add in some fruits and seeds for a snack filled with fiber, nutrients, and Omega 3.
